This policy applies to victorferreiradesign.com — Victor Ferreira's design portfolio. It explains what information is collected when you visit or use the contact form, and how that information is handled.

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message.

I don't run analytics, ad pixels, or visitor-tracking scripts. Browsing the site itself doesn't create a profile of you.

Contact form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: replying to your inquiry. Your message is delivered to my inbox by email — it isn't added to a mailing list, isn't used for marketing, and isn't shared with anyone outside the service providers below.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a small local flag remembering that you've seen the cookie notice, so it doesn't show again — nothing is sent anywhere because of it.

A few third parties help run this site, and each only sees what's necessary to do its job:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the site itself
• Resend — delivers contact form messages to my inbox by email
• Adobe Fonts — serves the typeface used on this site (standard font-request logs only)

Contact form messages live in my email inbox for as long as needed to respond and keep a reasonable record of the conversation. You can ask me to delete a message at any time.

You can ask what data I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it — just email me. I'll respond promptly.
